Want to see the West Philippine Sea?  Then visit PLAYA DE ORO RESORT in Brgy. Mindoro, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.  This is actually a resort but if you want to see the famous beach front with large stones resembling a jack stone then it is worth the visit.  We do not know if you can actually swim as well.
